Recreation Plus Staff Bios

Kim Hoang recently graduated from the University of California, Irvine and has been working with children for the past 4 years. Most of her extracurricular activities in college involved working with underprivileged youth and tutoring them in academics, as well as helping them attain a greater understanding of the world. She volunteered as a teacher's assistant at an art center in Santa Ana, CA and helped students explore their artistic ability. She believes that art is a great way to understand the world since it offers different perspectives and is a fun way to learn.
